On written instruction from you the owner we will liaise with the tenants directly to carry out the proposed work at a time convenient to themselves. No additional work is carried out unless authorised in writing by you. We will then invoice you directly once the work is completed.
Using only qualified and trusted tradespeople we provide a professional service carrying out small jobs on an hourly charge up rate such as filling holes and fixing locks through to glass repairs and other damage or maintenance issues
For larger works such as building alterations, bathroom/kitchen renovation, redecoration we give a fixed price quote - no hidden costs or fees.
We will as necessary liaise with council officers, estate agents, property managers, valuers and all types of inspectors. We provide an implementation plan to co-ordinate the necessary professions and trades to carry out renovations and will Project Manage the entire programme
